Information used for appointments
When you book, we collect your name, email address, phone number, selected appointment time, timezone, and booking status. We also create booking references and private links to manage the appointment. We use this information to check availability, reserve a session, handle rescheduling or cancellation, send service messages, and resolve booking problems. Please do not submit medical information, payment details, or other sensitive information through the booking form.
Google Calendar and service providers
We use Google Calendar to check busy times and create, change, or cancel appointment events on our business calendar. Visitors do not need to connect their own Google accounts to book. Our booking integration includes your name in the appointment event title and your phone number and email address in its description so authorized staff can manage your session. Appointment events are marked private; access also depends on the business calendar’s sharing settings. Our website host, email provider, and authorized support providers may process booking information to operate and maintain the service. Email delivery is provided through Mailgun, and site backups are managed through ManageWP. Authorized support is provided by Jupiter Marketing Agency.
Elite Boxing Booking is the website’s appointment service. Only the business administrator connects a Google account; visitors do not need to sign in with Google. The integration accesses busy periods and appointment events to operate scheduling. It stores encrypted authorization tokens and appointment event references so it can maintain the connection and manage appointments. Calendar information is not included in Google Ads uploads except for the booking-conversion information described below. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Advertising measurement and browser storage
If you give the booking form’s advertising permission, the booking plugin can read advertising click identifiers in the page URL, such as GCLID, GBRAID, or WBRAID, and keep them in browser local storage and with your booking. It records the permission wording, policy version, and time of the choice. Its configured attribution window is currently 30 days. Before form permission is given, the website may carry an advertising click identifier already present in the URL through links to other pages on this same website, so it can reach the booking form. This URL pass-through does not write cookies or browser storage and does not add the identifier to external links. Persistent attribution storage and conversion uploads require the form permission.
When live conversion uploads are enabled, we may send Google the advertising click identifier, booking-conversion time, a booking reference used to prevent duplicate reports, conversion destination, and any configured conversion value and currency, to measure which advertisements lead to confirmed appointments. The current booking integration does not send the form’s name, email, or phone number as enhanced-conversion customer data and does not request advertising-personalization permission through this checkbox. Google may process advertising data under its own policies; see Google’s business data responsibility information and Google’s Privacy Policy.
Other website tags and embedded content
The legacy standalone Google Ads tag and old form-conversion snippet have been removed. The site includes embedded third-party content such as Google Maps. These services may receive browser and network information, including your IP address, page URL, and device information, and may use cookies or similar storage according to their configuration and your choices. The booking checkbox does not control these separate services. The booking permission applies to the booking integration and does not change your Google account or browser privacy preferences. You can manage browser storage through your browser settings.
Your choices and withdrawal
The current online form requires the advertising checkbox to be checked before submitting an appointment. If you do not wish to use that form, you can contact us by phone to discuss scheduling.
You can withdraw the booking plugin’s advertising permission through the private withdrawal link in your appointment confirmation, or contact us for help. Withdrawal leaves your appointment in place, clears the plugin’s saved attribution for that booking, and stops eligible pending conversion uploads. It does not retract information already transmitted to Google or change the behavior of separate website tags. Cancelling an appointment is separate from withdrawing advertising permission and does not automatically retract an uploaded conversion. Browser controls can also clear local storage; that alone does not erase information already stored on our server. You can manage Google advertising preferences through My Ad Center.
Retention and security
The booking plugin is currently configured to anonymize personal booking details 180 days after the appointment, subject to successful scheduled maintenance and unresolved booking operations. That process does not automatically delete copies in email systems, Google services, server logs, or backups; those copies are managed separately by the relevant service or backup process. Contact us for help with information held outside the booking database. We retain operational records where needed to administer appointments and address issues. Access is restricted to authorized personnel. The plugin encrypts OAuth tokens, consent evidence, and advertising attribution at rest; names, emails, and phone numbers are stored in the WordPress database. No system can guarantee absolute security.
Privacy requests
Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or help withdrawing permission. We may verify your identity before acting and may need to retain information for an active appointment or other applicable obligations. Available rights and appeal or complaint procedures depend on your location and the law that applies. Please contact us about privacy requests relevant to your location, including requests concerning advertising-related sharing. The booking form does not provide a site-wide Global Privacy Control or advertising-preference manager.
Children and changes to this notice
Parents or guardians should contact us directly about bookings for minors and avoid submitting a child’s personal information through the online form. Contact us about appropriate arrangements for minors before submitting a booking. We will update the date on this notice when our practices change.
